CNC Milling. Our vertical and horizontal machining centers are rugged enough to machine your toughest materials and accurate enough to meet your close tolerance requirements. Our Mills are equipped with travels up to 30” x 66” x 35”, spindles up to 15000 RPM, and position and repeatability tolerances within .00010.

CNC turning. Our CNC lathes are state-of-the-art, and can handle all your low-to-high volume turning requirements quickly and efficiently. Our turning centers are equipped to swing diameters up to 23.5” x 21” long with 2.5" through the spindle capacity. Live tooling and sub spindles reduce handling for consistent positioning and repeatability tolerances of .00005.

Tool Room Services. Our tool room boasts a full line of equipment to handle all of your turning, milling, grinding, welding and assembly needs. We have a full compliment of mills and lathes coupled with full CNC control and gap bed turning abilities up to 25” diameter x 40” long. In addition to flat grinding, our facility has Cylindrical Grinding abilities up to 9” diameter x 16” long. Additionally, Lane Industries offers the abilities of our Wire EDM, Precision Honing, Welding and more.

Quality. Being an integral part of our business our Quality Department uses state-of-the-art software and equipment to ensure complete accuracy during manufacturing. Our Starrett Coordinate Measuring Machine offers a wide array of flexibility in controls. To compliment this we utilize a Starrett Optical Comparator and a full array of Calibrated and regulated inspection gages and equipment.

Engineering. Our Engineering Department uses Solid Works 3D solid model CAD software enabling compatibility with nearly all drawing format. Additionally, MasterCam CAD/CAM software enables us to produce high quality parts faster and more efficiently.

Precision Laser Marking and Engraving. We provide accurate, repeatable marking / engraving of most materials, surfaces and complex shapes. From very small intricate sizes up to a maximum of 9” x 12” x 25”. Our process applies non-contact permanent marks with no added materials or residual stress. We can accept direct transfer of CAD / CAM files to our laser stations, eliminating errors. We also have a Rotary engraving capability for a large variety of shapes and sizes.
